Introduction
Prof. Matsumoto, Univ. of Tokyo, Japan, has been collecting routine meteorological observation data from several countries in Asia. This dataset is one of his achievements.
In Cambodia, several weather station have been maintained and 1998-datasets are free for scientific use.
