is a global DEM dataset made by USGS and EDC with support of several geodesy/geography institutes in the world. It contans 30-sec elevation data for entire globe. For GAME-T region, there is two 'tiles' of dataset, E060N040 and E100N040. You can either order CD-ROMs or 8mm tapes or downlad via ftp
