IntroductionProf. Matsumoto, Univ. of Tokyo, Japan, has been collecting routine meteorological observation data from several countries in Asia. This dataset is one of his achievement. But the codes are unknown for some stations. Code for such stations are temporaly set to 00001,00002 etc. Data Accessiblity: WWW access for datasets other than 1998's is permitted only to GAME-T research community (Password Required for WWW access).
