Introduction
Prof. Matsumoto, Univ. of Tokyo, Japan, has been collecting routine meteorological observation data from several countries in Asia. This dataset is one of his achievement. In Malaysia, 34 weather station have been maintained and [1]Daily data for 1997-2002 and [2]hourly data of 1998 IOP-datasets are free for scientific use.
