	A: River Basin Number (not continuous)
	B: Name of the river
	C: Longitude of the river mouth
	D: Latitude of the river mouth  
	E: Longitude of the center of the river basin
	F: Latitude of the center of the river basin

III. Format of Vector File

	File Name: bdXXXX.vec
	XXXX is the river basin number, the column A of the Index file.

Amazon					; 1st line
  -50.5     .5  -64.3   -6.7		; 2nd line
  -80.00   -5.25			; 3rd line to the end
  -80.00   -5.75
  -79.75   -6.00
  -79.25   -6.00
  -79.00   -6.25
....

	1st line: Name of the river (the column B of the Index)
	2nd line: The location of the river mouth (longitude and latitude),
		and the center of the river basin (longitude and latitude).
		They are corresponding to the columns of C, D, E, and F
		of the Index file.
	3rd line and after: The river basin boundary vector data.
		Each line indicates the pair of (longitude, latitude).
		-80.00 -5.25 indicates the beginning point is
		80 degree west and 5.25 degree (5 degree and 15 minute)
		south.
