• Sigma0 data are provided by NASDA as TRMM Product PR2A21
• Soil moisture data are updated in Sep. 2000 for 1998 and 1999
• Sigma0 is an average value of the observation within the "circle" (whose center is an OKmesonet site).
• Soil moisture is an daily average.
• Sigma0 data observed while it is raining are not used because the data may be attenuated by the raifall layer.

• Time resolution is daily, 5days-average, or monthly.
