Introduction

Prof. Matsumoto, Univ. of Tokyo, Japan, has been collecting routine meteorological observation data from several countries in Asia. This dataset is one of his achievements.

In Cambodia, several weather station have been maintained and 1998-datasets are free for scientific use.

The floating-point numbers are annual rainfall (mm). 1998 dataset(currently only text version is available) can be seen by following links. If you would like to use data before 1997, please contact DB manager.

Station No. of Battambang was wrong. Corredted to 48962. station_CAM.txt was also corredted.

Data for KompongSom 1998 rainfall was published. Daily values are unknown for Jul to Oct, but monthly values are all available.

Archived (gzip, zip) versions added.
Lat. and Lon. of three stations (Kratie, Pursat, Kampot) added in the station list. A column representing elevation added in the station list.

First published. Lat/Lon of Some stations are still unknown and data for CompongSom is still under checking.
